Working on a GMC the blew number one spark plug out of the head. The truck was towed there the AutoZone crew did a great job very courteous and very helpful
I just left no more than an hour ago from this location coming in to get my rotor and brake pads ; come to find out i had the wrong part. started with the rotor , went back to the nearest auto zone on my side of town and handled that and got the right one just to turn around and find out that he gave me the wrong brake pads too ; so on my way back to the same auto zone again. probably was the damn airpods he had in his ear . thanks for the inconvenience.
If you're testing out parts, realize a part didn't fix the problem, and want to return it, then clean up the part to make it look brand new and when they ask if you installed it, just say no. They won't do a return if you say yes to installing it. Honestly some of the parts are remanufactued, so it's not like they are truly new. All parts should have been tested before shipping, so you can think of a temporary install as performing another test on the part to make sure it works.
