I went to Murchison Rd location and employees were rude and made me wait and rang customers up in front of me they lost my business I left my stuff on counter and walked out it was s huge inconvenience as it is almost Christmas and I had a lot of things to do only to be treated rudely and had to go elsewhere
Tony at the murch road store in Fayetteville NC is - THE BEST - he put oil in my truck today in the rain! Hell, I'm just a "girl" with a huge Dodge Ram 2500 - love my truck but it needs alot of auto stuff - all of which will be purchased from auto zone! Tony rocks.
The employees here were amazing. They help me out so much and I cannot thank them enough. Especially Tony and Tasha thank you for getting me all squared away.
Just wanted to say thank you AGAIN for going above and beyond with your customer service - today I was caught off guard in a downpour (while driving my 1yr old) with terrible windshield wipers, and one of the employees here insisted that I stay inside with my baby while he went out in the rain to put on my new wipers. Thank you!!!
