Over the weekend, I had issues getting a clamp off a corroded battery terminal. Demitra was incredibly helpful and patient - and really went the extra mile to help me without any condescension. I left with my problem solved in much less time than it would have taken me to figure it out on my own. Thank you!
Had truck battery replaced. Ms Alex was exceptionally courteous and helpful. She worked in the very hot sun to get the battery installed which presented some challenges. But she stayed with it until it was seated safely and properly secured.
