RecommendedNeeded headlamp bulb. Matt greeted me as I entered the store and offered assistance. He looked up to part # as well as removed the burned out lamp to be sure I had the correct part. Then, at my request, installed the new ones. He had a most pleasant attitude and great smile. This senior citizen appreciated his help.
Run away from this establishment. They don't follow through when you order a part. Any from personal experience, their parts are substandard. I had to return a starter (3) times. The latest issue was just to order a pilot bearing. They gave me a time, I showed up 45 minutes later then the arrival time, and no part. They didn't know where the part was or where their truck was...they said it's on the way. I stood there for 20 more minutes and nothing. The manager wouldn't talk… See more

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience with Jai at AutoZone was last night. It was after 9:00 p.m. when I called to see if they carried the right battery for my car and I asked if there was any way it could be installed at that late hour. Jai quickly agreed he had time. At 9:30 I pulled up only to have Jai holding the door open for me and ready to help. He was so polite and efficient and I was home just before 10:00 with a new battery installed and warranty in hand.
Great service. Free battery check and charging. Very satisfied with the AutoZone on HighHouse in Cary.
