Cindy is so nice. She went above and beyond to help me. I’ve never been at an auto zone that took care of me the way Cindy did. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Pleaseeee give this women a raise.
Very friendly, and helpful staff! I was welcomed as soon as I entered the store. The manager came outside a couple times and asked if we were doing ok when my husband was replacing a coil in my van. He spoke to, and welcomed everyone who entered that store while I was there! That manager needs a pay raise! (Churton St, Hillsborough)
I had excellent customer service! Carter helped me select the windshield wipers I needed and also helped me to instal.
Twice l was told they didn't have the part. After leaving each time l find out they do have the part. It happened with the same person each time. Everything else has been good in service.
