Went there today for a bulb replacement,im disabled,B.J. helped me out,he was extremely nice and even installed the bulb for me bc i only have 1 functioning hand,God bless him.give that man a raise!
I had an exceptional experience at AutoZone in Hillsborough today! The store manager, B.J. Bragg, went above and beyond—he tested my battery, helped me choose the right replacement, checked my alternator, and even helped me find a device to keep my battery from draining when my car isn’t in use. He provided excellent service, is very knowledgeable, and it’s clear he truly cares about helping people. I highly recommend this store!
