I come to this store often and this past week I had to wait 20 minutes to get some help. Everyone in the store was doing what they could to get to all the customers and i wouldn't complain but the manager BJ was outside on his cell phone, when it was very clear that customers needed help inside. Seems to be where he spends a lot of his time because this isnt the first time i have noticed this. I have also seen/over heard the way he talks to employees in the past and its not good. This is the only place I will shop for auto parts. Ask for BJ. He is knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and customer focused. He takes his role seriously and treats his customers like old friends!
