If I could leave 0 stars i would. Terrible customer service!! Couldn't get the lady helping me to leave the counter to help me find the part I needed. She didn't even try to get up and help. Mind you, I had my baby in my arms. Do better!! I work retail and would never want any of my customers to feel the way I did.
Spoke to a lady at ll:45 am today that was very rude . I told her the part name a pitman arm that connects the steering gear box to the steering linkage on a 99 Chevy tahoe. She responded saying that this wasn't a garage and I had to give her a specific part name with a attitude and I did tell her in the beginning a pitman arm for a 99 Chevy Tahoe. It made me very angry the way a customer is being handled and talked to. And I'm a mobile mechanic I deal with crap everyday and was getting most of my parts there . I don't think... read more
