This review is mainly to highlight the patience, clarity in communication , customer focussed and friendly attitude of Doug and his team at Autozone Cary location (at Morrisville Carpenter Rd). I had a situation where my car battery was dead beyond repair and had to get a jump start from Roadside assistance. I stopped by to have my battery checked. The team there was very helpful to test the old one, help me with selecting a good quality battery and installing the new one. They went the extra mile with important details that created a very positive experience. Thanks to the team there! I will be back for future needs.
Niko was amazing and SUPER helpful!! He helped us right away and was very professional. We had a dead headlight, he went in, grabbed a new set and replaced it immediately. We were in and out within 5 mins.
We walked in and most of the workers were talking among themselves and said they were too busy to help us. Niko walked up to us immediately asked us what he can help us. He was able to help right away and replaced our lights for us within 5 mins. We appreciate his help and would recommend him to others!
