One of the best experiences I've ever had getting car troubles dealt with. Doug was absolutely terrific and was genuinely looking out for my best interest. Went elsewhere beforehand and received an estimate of $700 for a simple part and installation. I don't know a ton about cars but i knew enough to not pay that. came here and walked out the door for less than $275. Will be coming here first next time.
Great location! They replaced my SUV’s battery on a Sunday which was awesome.
Manager Nico was amazing. I went in for a qtr of oil and couldn't get the cap open. He happily assisted, provided a funnel and also noticed some corrosion on the battery terminal. He sprayed it down and wiped it away. Thank you for the amazing service.
Huge shoutout to Ray and Niko at the Morrisville AutoZone! I came by to get help putting in a new air filter (turns out I had the wrong size), but Ray stayed outside with me for almost an hour trying to make it work. His patience and kindness blew me away. Niko saved the day with a battery replacement. After being stuck at a gas station for 2-hrs waiting for a jump, I drive to AutoZone in Morrisville and got a new battery. Niko was super helpful and personable and did not hesitate to help. Thanks, Niko!
