Went in to exchange a piece for unrelated product. Was told to take it back to the location where I bought it. Yes I had the receipt. Not I didn't drive the half hour to the other store.
Usually When it comes to Auto parts I prefer AutoZone but NOT this location!!!! Horrible customer service. Employees on the phone while customers wait. Worst than the One on Freedom Dr.
Absolutely the worst store ever! Sent my son to get a simple brake petal stop pads and the employee told him that she didn't have a clue what he was talking about (with broken piece in his hand and explanation that his brake light were continously staying on) and the manager was too busy on a personal phone call to assist. So he had to drive 15 minutes out of the way to another store to get what would have taken the store a few seconds to point out where they are.
