I had a problem with my passlock system, and wanted a battery check because I had a five year warranty from them on mine. They said I needed a new one, but still had to pay $125. for it. Car still did not start. Had to have it towed to fix the pass lock system, and all involved said I did not need a new battery. Plus, when they installed the new battery, they said the prior one (installed by them) was not fastened down properly, and that could have caused damage.
