Arrived several minutes after 8am and the doors were still locked.
When I went to this location, Frederick was very helpful and was excited to help me! He was very helpful and knowledgeable about my car and issues I was having with my battery. I went there knowing I had battery issues unsure if I would purchase a new one just because I wasn't sure 100% if it was the battery but Frederick tested it and showed me the results, 100% confirmed that my battery needed replaced asap. I dealt with Frederick at the Mason MIchigan Auto Zone. He knew exactly what I needed for my car repairs and also what would keep my car running better. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The store was very large and well stocked.
Went to Advance Auto in Mason, lady with white hair sitting behind counter was NO help at all.So went here, had the best service with I believe his name is Dan!!! Our go to place from now on!!
Frederick at the mason location was amazing and friendly bought a battery for my son‘s car and thought I was gonna have to have somebody drive an hour away to help put it in and he graciously said nope I can put that in for you real quick. I never knew that was a service that was provided plus he was super helpful.
