Kristin at the Escanaba Store next to kwik trip has gone above and beyond to help with my mechanical problems I couldn't diagnose myself. She is very knowledgeable about vehicles and helped me.replace my battery under warranty and help start my vehicle. She is an amazing person and a hard worker!
I've been shopping at this AutoZone for a long time, but ever since the new manager with the glasses took over, the customer service has gone downhill. I don't know why I kept giving this store more chances. The manager is consistently rude and unprofessional. Almost every time I'm in the store, I can hear her complaining about her job, talking about wanting to leave, and criticizing her employees where customers can hear it.
