They were so outstanding today, we found ourselves in need of an alternator which with the kindness of the staff we were able to change right there. They went above and beyond, being over 90 miles from home we felt blessed to find this Auto Zone with the best staff!!! Thank you!!!
I was working in the Jackson area today (which is about an hour from home for me) and just before getting on the highway my car blew a radiator hose. I called a auto parts store near me and asked if they could bring me a new hose since my car was not drivable and they said they could not help me. So I called the autozone on Michigan ave and spoke with Ray. (Store manager I believe) I told him what I needed and where I was at and without hesitation he came to me with a new hose and stayed until I got it changed. Stand up guy ... read more
I called them and placed an order and paid over the phone the girl was awesome who answered the phone. I will be shopping at this Auto Zone way more..
