Worst service ever! Called said they would stay open just to sit there and laughed when we showed up! Would not recommend!
The staff here was great. I got hosed $110 to get a diagnosis down the road at Tuffy who wanted another $490 to swap out spark plugs and coils before seeing if there were further issues with my engine. I ran my check engine like codes here (they do it for free), confirmed the problem was plugs and coils. I spent $130 bucks here and about an hour on Google and YouTube to learn how to swap the parts out myself and further troubleshoot. Didnt catch his name but staff who was wearing camo autozone hat and beard was very rude and grumpy. Asked where a tool was je told me isle 2. I had said I walkes up and dowm that a couple times and was missing it could you help me. He did however just got a bunch of attuide with it. Would suggest trying another place with friendly staff
Need parts call around first
Bought the SUREBILT Dent & Ding Repair Kit from AutoZone. The packaging clearly says it “won’t harm vehicle’s finish.” I followed the instructions exactly. The result: the dent got worse and the product removed paint from my car. AutoZone initially acknowledged responsibility and even scheduled a repair based on a dealership estimate I provided.
