Adam H helped to not only diagnose my daughter’s battery life but he also replaced the battery and helped replace my headlights in the pouring rain.

Pulled in with my Chevrolet Traverse, having issues. My wide and I were greeted by Jeremy, the manager. He took the time while on his lunch to scan and clear a code that was giving the vehicle an issue. Gave us solid advice and a plan to remedy the issue. Grateful for the exemplary customer service and technical knowledge. Would recommend this Auto Zone to anyone who needs help with their automotive needs.
While I was traveling through Grand Haven on June 25, 2025 driving my Chevy 4500 Class C RV, I suddenly lost all the electronics and my dash went dark. I happened to see the Auto Zone sign and aimed for the parking lot. I was very anxious and upset, but Jennifer, Jeremy, and Herb went above and beyond to help and and my dogs to get home to northeast Ohio.
