Painfully slow to respond to orders. I don't get paid by the hour, I get paid by the job, if I am standing around waiting for a vendor, I'm losing money. The commercial manager doesn't care, nor has any semblance of a sense of urgency, "ope I've only got one driver at this time." This isn't my concern, you need to schedule multiple drivers during regular working hours if you want to be successful.
