Staff last night were very rude to my elderly mother exchanging a part yesterday. Literally saying you get what you pay for in a nasty tone. Both a man and a woman treated her very badly. Totally uncalled for.
Just dealt with John on the phone. He could care less about customer service it was clear. Simple questions, basic questions about a battery was like pulling teeth from the guy. I’ll go across the street from now on.
