Doesnt keep up with stock, and management and workers have slow service it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to wait for one bolt of I ordered ahead
I had the most wonderful service with Will. He was so efficient and kind making sure I got everything I needed. Excellent young man, he should honestly be a manager. Great customer service so thank you again
Horrible customer service! They need to be trained more and always listen to their customer for needed. I been on the phone with them for an about 10-15min for only one part I need and keep switching me to different associate from male to female over for a single part. All I needed was an alternator and then I told them the makes, model, and years of the car and still don’t understand what I’m saying.
