The guy who helped us was super helpful and courteous. The woman who worked there was rude, yelling at the phone that she was not going to answer it, was rude to the AVI guy who came in to pick things up (I know this because of her loudness) and really made me feel uncomfortable just standing near her.
Went in today for a bulb - Heather went above and beyond to get me the right bulb, do the replacement for me - and wound up replacing both brake lights for me. She rocks!! Thanks, Auto Zone!
am no longer a faithful customer of AutoZone!! Lady in there was absolutely RUDE to me and top of it all WRONG!!! Thanks to Advanced Auto parts for being polite and courteous and matching the price!!
Horrible company!! Some of the employees are very rude and have no idea what they are talking about. Especially employees who work in the Autozones in and around atlantic city. For now on my family and I will go to advanced auto parts or napa. P.s. only giving one star bc it won't let you post otherwise. If I had a choice Autozone would get zero stars.
Didn't know core charges expire.....not a good way to keep customers....
Sunday,no customers in store but there were 4 employees standing behind the counter talking guy talk...thats cool and all but talking about a girl that just came in shouldnt take precidence over business. And out of 4 guys I couldnt get a straight answer to my questions,seems common to the area though from what Ive observed.
