Trying to do some work on a Sunday morning, and head to the auto zone in Lacey for a couple of lights and electrical stuff. The sign says open at 9am Sundays. Double check the time, it's quarter to 10. Yet all the lights are off and the doors are locked. So I try the the number for store manager Christopher Haley, posted on the door. It rings a few times before telling me my call could not be completed. There is no way to leave a voicemail. And thus I have resorted to leaving reviews for this location on their Facebook page.... read more
This autozone is a hell of a lot better than the one on yelm highway, thanks for actually being understandable about stuff unlike the other autozone. Being out $250 bc no one will give you a refund is a super shitty feeling lol.
HI THANKS AUTO ZONE. I NEEDED A HEADLIGHT REPLACED AND THE AUTO SHOP WANTED TO CHARGE ME SO MUCH MONEY. I WENT TO AUTO ZONE AND ONLY HAD TO PAY FOR THE BULB, THANKS TO THE AWESOME STAFF WHO INSTALLED IF FOR ME. I WILL BE BACK!!!!! AWESOME SERVICE AND UNBEATABLE PRICES......THANKS AGAIN
