Pretty good, has the stuff I need and the employees seem pretty chill. I usually arrive already knowing what I want though, and I don't generally order by phone so I can't speak for the parts lookup or phone service experience. Seems they could use more staff when it gets busy though.
I swear this place is getting worse and worse. Called twice to ask if some parts came in. A girl answer like if I was bugging her. She sounded high since she couldn't put a sentence together. Hangs up, I call back and a guy answers the same way. Awkward silece, no comprehension. I tell em my phone number and same thing, can't repeat the phone number back no where close to what I told him. Idk if they were high or just kids but common man you gotta do better.
Outstanding service!! When I tell you Johnny went above and beyond!!! Had a flat tire after work and barely pulled into the parking lot. Walked into The Autozone thinking that maybe there's some way to get air into my tire, enough to at least get to a gas station and fill the rest of the tire. Unfortunately there was no machine at the Autozone, but that didn't stop Johnny from giving assistance. He got his jack and lifted up my vehicle, removed the popped tire, and reinstalled the substitute tire in such speed that I was on ... read more
