Last night went in and got the best help I could ever get from Brian. My key fob was dead. He truly was a saving and helping me. even helped putting the battery in the key fob and then proceeded to ask maybe we should go check and make sure it works. I told him my car is down the street at work my mom had to drive me here.. This young man was so helpful and I’m so grateful for him being in that store last night. Thank you again Brian.
My mom's car died on us early in the morning, and it definitely needed a new battery. We called ahead to see if it was in stock. The individual who answered the phone was friendly and assured us that the battery was available. When we arrived, Vonn assisted us with the battery pull and install. Vonn is an exceptional person. He is kind and personable, as well as very experienced in his craft. We appreciated his hospitality and skills concerning our car issues.
