We had car trouble on April 1st, 2017 and we stopped at Auto Zone to have our battery checked and we ended up also needing an alternator and the manager there named Suzy(manager I believe) really was a wonderful help to us. We want to thank her all her help and for finding us a mechanic (on a Saturday) that was available and very very reasonable. We made our way back home to Yakima with no more problems. Suzy is definitely an asset to Auto Zone. I highly recommend dealing with her. Thanks, Mr. and Mrs. Bartlette
Courteous I was calling around to look for information on tune-ups. I originally had an appointment with Tires Plus but saw they had horrible reviews.When I called Tuffy's Tony answered the phone. He was very helpful, and knowledgable and offered to take a look at my car for free. He was honest in the sense that he wasn't going to try to hagle me and sell me something I don't need.
