Manager isn't helpful at all. We were on a road trip and the thermostat on our car went out. We found this location, it was the closest one to us at the time and they had the part we needed on hand. It's an easy fix if you have the tools, which we did not. My partner went inside the store and spoke to an associate and explained our situation and he went to grab us some tools, but as he was coming back with them, the manager of the store stopped him and instructed him not to let us use the tools. Deleted my original review because they completely fell through on ALL promises. I ordered parts on 10/28/25 in person, and after receiving no call within a week, I called the store. The store informed me that the wipers have not arrived and they will call when they do. I received no call. I went to the store today, only to find out that they never even placed the order.
