This is my go to auto zone for many reasons! My personal reasons are the amazing customer service, the other day I was calling in to see if they changed batteries because being honest I don’t know anything about batteries and this worker named Christopher picked up the phone. He was a really helpful guy and answered all the questions in a respectful manner! Had a really great experience! Managers and red shirts were all kind and welcoming me when I got in store. Chris was very helpful with changing my battery for me and as well as Alex for helping me find the correct one for my vehicle. Recommend this store for these type of services!!!
I was sold two bad alternators from here. The first one the manager was telling us it wasn’t a bad alternator and that it was a wiring issue with my car. After 5 minutes of back and forth he finally bench tested it and then proceeded to say it was a bad alternator. We wanted to get a refund because we had only gotten it that week and didn’t want to risk another bad one. He said they don’t do refunds on it and can only do an exchange. I'm not one to post negative reviews or the "may I speak to your manager" type but this place has single handedly been responsible for every roadblock we've hit with this routine rear brake rotor & pad replacement. It started sunday when we ordered online for a special they had free brake pads if you guy the rotors which we did and we were too pick them up from this store.
