Austin was amazing. He helped me open my oil cap and even cleaned it for me. That kind of customer service makes me wanna shop autozone only. Also Introduced me into a new tool that was neat.

I placed an order for in-store pickup and called ahead specifically asking an employee to physically confirm the parts were there. I was told they had them. When I arrived, the parts weren’t available, and my order had already been canceled without anyone notifying me. That’s exactly why I called and asked someone to put hands on the parts before I made the trip. A simple check and an honest answer would have saved me the drive. I went to Autozone Saturday for a n RV battery. Shane asked me if I needed anything. I asked about a n rv battery. He said he thought the group 27 was out but looked anyway. He had some in the back and was so helpful we purchased 2. He was very helpful and I wanted to say it was one of the most positive experiences I have had anywhere. I appreciated his help and suggestions. I hope management will look at this post. He definitely deserves credit for being so helpful. Thank you for making my visit so memorable.👍
