Super slow and unconcerned staff
Sent my son in to get a new battery tonight said older gentleman was rude and told him they were closing a hour early and wouldn't help him tonight then told him a story that my son had to pay labor for them to change battery cuz its a pontiac but free if he comes back tomorrow at 4 and was pushing him out the door. And treat young drivers like an inconvenience. Luckily I wasnt there. What has happened to customer service????
Autozone has pretty much been my go to auto parts store..the only criticism is that you rarely get an associate that actually knows more than I do...I'm not in any way saying I'm a gear head but I know how to do the basic changes or tune-ups, but then there is times that I have no idea a size of a part or whatnot...I guess that's what Google is for anymore these days...but all in all Autozone usually has the parts I've always needed
