I have never in my life experienced a staff that was so inattentive to paying customer. As I was asking a rep questions he literally walked off. I literally only needed help getting a gas cap off so I can put the newly purchased one on. I do understand the policies of not being able to touch peoples cars which wasn’t told until after I met the second employee but I had to literally beg for help to even get some type of understanding of how to get it off.
