AutoZone has been my go-to auto parts place for many years. I'm very pleased with this service and in stock items. Very rarely do they not have the item I need in stock but they normally order it from their hub which gets delivered by 9:00 a.m. the next day.
This particular experience in the AutoZone at at Allgood, Tennessee. Horrible when I entered the store the manager was overwhelmed due to the fact that he was the only person in the store at the time and I kept a cool head and I told him to take his time that I had the patience of JOB. I EVEN ALLOWED OTHER PEOPLE TO GO IN FRONT OF ME SO THAT I WOULDN'T PRESSURE HIM TO DO WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO BECAUSE I HAD TO RETURN TO MAKE HE THEN QUESTIONED THE FACT THAT ONE OF THE ITEMS I WAS RETURNING HAD GREASE ON A LITTLE BIT OF GREASE ... read more

"Never" anyone whom voluntarily assists upon entering the store, almost seems like customers are an inconvenience to them.
Without Eddie & Sean there would be no Autozone, they're great!
