I know labor shortages making to tough to find quality people but the new big guy that works here is incompetent! He did know what a 7 to 4 trailer adapter was, nor would he help me.

Auto Zone screwed me and my family by not paying for the install on a faulty clutch. No car= no work. I filed a claim and waited months for them to say “its not our fault” and blame the vendor who said “its not our fault”. Im a single mom of 3 who can’t work as i cant afford the 1000$ install. So here i sit while auto zone keeps the $$ and my family suffers. This company is terrible & greedy Riley’s and Napa both guarantee install on faulty parts. Please shop elsewhere.

The Snowflake that was working Tuesday evening of the 26th. He needs to be fired. Unable to help a lady with a dead battery because it to cold outside. What would you think if it was your Mom, Wife, daughter,cousin,best friend. No respect for yourself. Grow a pair! Auto Zone you just lost all my business nation wide. Terry Patterson

It’s been a very long time since I’ve had such a great customer service experience; my visit was perfect. Just a few steps in the door I was greeted, then guided to product and engaged in conversation regarding the reason for my visit. Within minutes a young man, JOE, was under the hood of my car checking my battery! I later learned that JOE is a store manager, but while I was there he treated me like family (concerned and helpful). Terry W. did a great job helping me replace my dead battery. He recommended a battery that was reasonably priced, and installed it quickly. I would definitely come back to have him help me with any other car troubles!
