terrible, worst autozone i’ve ever been to
I consistently receive great service at AutoZone. The employees are professional, courteous, and generally helpful. Their prices are reasonable across a wide range of products and services, and the complimentary diagnostic is a valuable resource when you’re trying to figure out what’s going on with your vehicle. Yes, there can be a wait at times, but it’s usually worth it because they really do their best to answer your questions and help you troubleshoot whatever issue you’re facing. Lady was rude, engine was having trouble I wanted it scanned and had a video as well of a noise. She said to get lost didn’t want to help, she wouldn’t even look at the video. I asked if someone else could help she said nope. Not sure what her deal was, went to orileys they were super helpful. I don’t write reviews often, but if I was the owner of the store I would want to know how my employees treat my customers.
