John helped me figure out what was wrong with my battery. He was kind, enthusiastic, patient, and was a great help. He cleaned the battery off, unscrewed the cables and cleaned the corrosion from inside. Explained the reason for my battery issues. Gave great tips to prevent future issues and recommended products that are well worth the buy. Thanks again John!
I am very disappointed in this particular AutoZone. Commercials say buy the windshield wiper and we’ll put them on for you come by we’ll check your battery. This is not true. If I spend almost $80 on wipers and ask someone in the store to put them on they should do what they advertise. That is false advertisement.I am very disappointed, very disappointed. I will not go back to this store.
