I had a great experience with the team at AutoZone, especially Moe and Nelson. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Moe assisted us with purchasing a new car battery and a jump starter kit, making sure we had what we needed. Exactly what I have been looking for
When I need anything for a vehicle this is the parts store I pick in Columbia. The prices are better than somewhere like advance, and the customer service is just generally much smoother.
Just got my car battery changed after going to advance auto(they trash) and they told me that can’t do it they don’t got the special tools(prolly lies to get out of it). Me and my money went to auto zone and to get excellent service from Nelson who changed my battery quick and easy no complaints even in this heat🙏💪
