My dad went in to take an alternator back that was still under warranty for replacement. My dad is disabled and happened to be having an off day. He has a traumatic brain injury and can get his words mixed up. The lady assisting him was extremely impatient, unhelpful, and outright rude. My dad got so embarrassed he just walked out and left the part.
