David was great at taking care of my issue. I was about 45 miles from home and my old battery failed without warning. I was directed to Autozone for a replacement. David explained that he could put my battery in for no charge. He explained to me the different tiers of batteries. This aided in my decision on selecting the platinum elite series battery with a 5 year free replacement. I offered to give him a tip. He declined and said it’s against company policy.
