1st off this is not a complaint about customer service at all. Lee assisted me with wiper blade replacement on 9/3/26 and he was outstanding. He even recommended the Duralast Aero and said they would last a year instead of 6 months. This is a complaint about store policy. I had all three wiper blades replaced on 9/3/26. I noticed a few days later when I used my wipers the driver side blade left a streak down the middle of my windshield and it was distracting.
