The manager Christopher needs to be recognized. I'm from Lexington and my son and I had our car break down in Campbellsville. We had a bad alternator. Not one parts store had the one for our car. He worked and found us one same day delivery and even made sure we got it under warranty. Then we realized we didn't have the tools we needed or any money to get them. This man bought my son a full ratchet set out of his own pocket and told my son to keep it in the car. That act of kindness helped a terrible day feel not so bad.
This place has helped me and my family out so much with all of our car issues! I think it was Benjamin Vaughn who was the one who helped us out and he is very kind and respectful and even did a follow up check up (outside of work) just to make sure that everything was alright with our vehicles. Best autozone auto parts out there!
Amazing staff and super helpful and patient, I was in on 5/31/26 and a group of three were harassing the store manager, he handled the situation amazingly and very professionally. I will be back to this store for all future purchases.
A horrible experience. Customer service was extremely rude and not helpful at all. And that person being rude was the manager on the clock on 5/27/2026
Helped me remove and install new windshield wipers that had practically been cemented on and get me on my way.
