About a week ago I purchased a replacement fob for my car at Auto Zone Roseburg. A very nice young man gave me excellent service and switch the fob for me. Today my granddaughter came in to do the same thing and got Mr. Crabapple and was told she had to do it herself. Two experiences at Auto Zone Roseburg. One great one not so great. John Conrad
The skills and knowledge of the staff here required ten minutes, and the participation of four employees, to process a one-item return, with the original receipt.
Plenty of parking. Greeted upon entry. Clerk knew exactly where the item I need was located. Checkout was simple. Clerk carried my purchase and placed it in my trunk for me. Very friendly would recommend.
Excellent service! Auto Zone went above and beyond. We had a bad alternator and they switched it out for the old one since it was under warranty. Instead of just giving us the new part, Dan and Cade helped us take the old one off, install the new one, and jump our car at the end because it had died. If it was possible to give 10 stars, they would have them!
