We had a broken part of our car and the one of the women there didn't seem to have much car knowledge. The gadget they were using didn't work on the car. They did give us a mechanic to actually go to and get it fixed, and he did just in time for us to get to our stop on vacation!
The person I spoke with was super nice and had a great tone. But I literally got no help at all. I called and ordered a part that they said had to ordered from the Sutherlin store and should be there that morning, but definitely by 4PM. So I waited, and at 5PM called and was told it wasn't there, but it would be there in the morning by 10:30 at the latest. I still never got a call, and at 6:30PM that next day, they didn't have it. A young man who's name is believe is Cade answered the call when I was in dire need of a new caliper and pads for my F350 after my driver side caliper exploded from an extreme braking situation on a trip to SoOregon. He was promp, friendly, and helpful. When I arrived, he had my parts waiting so I could get in and out quickly. Excellent customer service. Thank you. Give that young man a raise
