Incredible staff. Kind, informative, and patient. Went above and beyond to help me out.
About a week ago I purchased a replacement fob for my car at Auto Zone Roseburg. A very nice young man gave me excellent service and switch the fob for me. Today my granddaughter came in to do the same thing and got Mr. Crabapple and was told she had to do it herself. Two experiences at Auto Zone Roseburg. One great one not so great. John Conrad
