AutoZone came to my rescue! I had car trouble and was stuck in a parking lot on an exit off I-5 and needed a part. I called the Albany store on 9th Ave to see if they had the part I needed and how long the store was open that evening. They had it in stock, so I said I'd be there in about 45 minutes, as I was on foot. The gentleman on the phone at AutoZone expressed concern that I'd be a woman walking alone in 90+ degree heat. Hallie was very rude, I was waiting in line for 5 minutes and I was ignored and when being helped I had got the impression she was annoyed. The service it’s self was poor.
