I made an oil purchase with the filter the manager sold me the wrong oil 10w20w. I went in to do an exchange. He said swipe your card your money will go right back on your card. He asked me to do another transaction knowing it takes 7 to 10 business days to have access to your funds. He could easily inform me we will not exchange and you will have to wait to get your money . I do not recommend shopping at this location not a great place to do business!!
Great service. I needed a brakelight bulb and the attendant knew exactly where the specific style was. In and out in all of 2 minutes.
Jamiez was so kind and helpful. I was distraught about my SUV having problems as I had just enough power to turn into the N. Gloster store on Sunday, May 31st 2026. He reassured me he would diagnose the issue and help me! He found that my battery was dead so i bought a battery and he installed it. And my SUV started right up! We did discuss that the alternator might be going bad as well and he advised me to get it checked out asap. Turns out my alternator did need replacing so I avoided another breakdown. Exceptional service If I could give this store 10 stars I would. I came in for an Aux battery change for my Jeep. What I thought would be a simple replacement, turned into a complete nightmare. Jordan and Demarcus worked nonstop to get me fixed up and back on the road. I can’t thank them enough for their hard work. Part store workers don’t get near enough credit for the stuff they tackle daily and definitely deserve a raise. Thank you all again and I will be returning back to this store in the near future!
