Thank you, Henry, an employee at AutoZone, for your assistance in locating the correct battery I needed. I contacted all AutoZone stores in Ogden, and this was the only location willing to assist me. The others were unwilling to help without a part number sticker, which was torn off from a deep cycle battery located in my grandmother's wheelchair, not in a vehicle. Horrible experience. I came in to purchase a new battery and have it installed in my truck, which is a standard service that AutoZone advertises. The employee attempted to remove the old battery but quickly stated, “This is too complicated,” and refused to continue with the installation. When I repeatedly asked what was supposedly complicated, the employee could not provide an answer. Terrible service! Bought a new battery and they wouldn’t install it. They said they don’t install batteries despite their website saying so. Don’t go here because they can’t even do what they advertise. I recommend you go somewhere else. Also, the battery is standard and not in a weird or hard to get to place, the staff is just lazy and incompetent.
Great service. Employees are nice. Prices are crazy high but they are crazy high everywhere .
