Brian, the manager at the Riverton location, installed a new battery for me. Took a little while because my negative terminal post was fused, but he got it done! Was pleasant and friendly the whole time.
Kayla and Adam are always so friendly and helpful, seriously I can’t say enough kind things about them. The only reason I didn’t do 5 starts was because of an employee named Patricia! She has verbally degraded employees right in front of customers. I could not believe what my child and I heard. I thought ok maybe she’s having a bad day, but sadly it wasn’t an isolated event. So now if I see her in there I walk right back out.
Kia 16’ light went out and the gentlemen working the closing were amazing! Helpful and easy to converse with. No issues. Highly recommend! Thanks again!
Patricia was AWESOME!!! She made sure I got every deal on my brakes. Saved me 70 Bucks. Definitely great people to work with.
