Good prices. Friendly and knowledgeable. Plus it's right by Smith's and their gas pumps. Staff helped me close radiator fluid.
The service I was given last night was the worst I've ever experienced. The arrogance and just plain rude customer service. The remark "Well you're leaving here a whole lot smarter than when you came in" Made us feel an inch tall. Both men working last night I hope you feel good about yourselves putting down a woman and her elderly dad. Sadly won't be going to Auto zone in North Ogden again.
I recommend this Autozone over the Orielly across the street. The Orielly judged me, assumed I knew nothing told me to take my car to the manufacturer?! Hello, you exist so that doesn’t need to happen. So I leave Orielly and head to AutoZone. Tell him what I need, he gets it, no unsolicited advice. I ask some questions. He answers. Thanks me and I’m out the door! Done! Forever AutoZone. Orielly gave me the, “O-Really?!”
I needed a new battery; I went to the North Ogden UT AutoZone. Richard asked how he could help when I walked in the door. He was so kind and helped me choose a new battery. He asked who was going to install it, I was planning on it (from watching YouTube IYKYK) he instantly offered to put it in for me, he was a lifesaver! I appreciate the help so much on an extremely hot day. I would suggest AutoZone to anyone.
