lady at front kinda wack lol she didn’t have good attitude or maybe she ain’t wanna be working there idk lol she didn’t seem like she wanted to help us at all lol and was trying to make us buy random things that weren’t needed

The short female at the front desk was not a pleasant lady to deal with. She was rude and clearly didn’t want to help me. When she didn’t know what to do she got mad at me. Luckily she gave up on helping me and she went and got her boss. He listened to the situation and resolved the issue in less than 1 minute.
Josh at the Draper Autozone helped me diagnose, find and replace a dead battery for my Jeep Compass within 2 minutes. Replaced and on the road within 15 minutes. Thank you Josh.
1 star due to the female manager I think her name was meg or something like that did not help me at all when i asked her and gave me nasty looks the entire time i was there, asked the other worker I think his name is Gabe, he was great helped me find exactly what I needed. I've been a member at autozone for about 13 years now and it was the worst customer service I've had from a autozone employee.
