They were able to give my wife some of the things that she needed, but I was sad to hear that they weren't willing to help her. She asked them to do a few simple things including putting the gas cap on and they said "Sorry, we have the time, but we are not feeling up to it today". Sorry to say that they definitely lost business from us and our extended family members for sure. I was pretty disappointed in these guys. Come on, customer service! Help a bro out!
