Shannon changed my battery out, she was extremely helpful and did a great job. I would highly recommended this AutoZone for any car issues!
I was having battery issues and I walked into auto zone in Olathe off of Santa Fe street and spoke with Shannon B. She was quite helpful in getting me setup with a new battery and while I was there Robert came out to the truck and replaced the battery very fast. I really appreciate the help!
The sales woman who helped me was amazing! Shannon was so friendly and knowledgeable, she was determined to see that I received the best choices of wiper blades and floor mats for my 1997 Ford Ranger. She found a really nice set of rubber floor mats that were on sale. The store is very pleasant and brightly lit. There is a huge selection of automotive products laid out in a well organized fashion.
Needed to check a couple of codes and had been told I needed a new battery. Shannon tested the battery and everything seemed good. She checked the code and it was intake air flow performance. She also recommended a shop since I don’t know my way around here much. Thanks Shannon.
