They wasted my whole day selling me the wrong brake parts so I completely tore my car down to put my new parts on then found out they were all incorrect then when I called the store to solve the issue. I spoke with Eric his customer service skills are lacking very much though along with Tiffany I don’t recommend this place and I would not buy parts from there because they don’t care if you have the correct parts or not.

If you go to this location make sure you don’t deal with the manager Eric Aviles, he made me leave my car battery there for an hour and a half to charge it when it clearly said on the computer that it was dead, I called different locations after walking home in this 106 heat and they all told me that at that point he should have just replaced it, even the other associate told me outside that had I come in a different time and talked to a different manager the outcome would have been different. For the most part, all employees have been helpful and friendly. The store always seems busy, without enough help, though.
