This is for rena if you cannot identify a part with a part number on the core YOU SHOULD NOT BE RUDE TO A CUSTOMER ABOUT IT!! Perhaps if you cannot be nice to customers when you are unable to identify a part right in front of you then you should NOT be in customer service. You were more interested in your sonic food than helping customers.
Mgt. Andrew was degrading one of the female employees for helping customers,,,heard him say she was getting a write-up.
