Seriously this store used to be efficient today i went this guy give me a wrong adress of a store that sent me to his location store then I went back in and hoping the older lady helps me she keeps talking and making conversations rather than doing the job and help the next costumer so annoying and inefficient

Just needed a scan for failure coded. A rep did it right away and printed it off for me as well. Very kind and prompt service.
Long story. Coming off a long day at work I had a situation with my car that I couldn’t brush off. The skid plate had become dislodged on the bottom of my car and was dragging the ground. I made my way over to this particular auto zone urgently. I was unable to find the correct push locks for the plate and was very irritated about this whole situation. Worst retail experience of my life from Anthony. This clueless dude called me entitled and crazy because I wanted a refund for unused brake pads and his cash drawer was closed. Go to O'Reilly across the street for much better customer service.
