I went in and had the best experience! Sergio helped me and really took his time explaining everything to me. It was very helpful and he was so kind and listened to all of my questions and concerns. I do not typically like going into auto part shops because they think I don't know anything since I am a girl but Sergio took me seriously, was very kind, answered all of my questions and I will definitely ask for his help the next time I am there as well!
A gracious gentleman rendered his assistance in the replacement of our vehicle’s apertures.
5 Star Service. Gentleman helped me save money by telling me about a deal I didn't know about for products I always buy separately, but save you $25 or so when you buy all at once. STP air and oil filters and the Valvoline 5 qrts.
The absolute worst ran store I have seen. The manager is very rude and unwelcoming. Always yelling and talking down to customers as well as employees. Very toxic place and seems to be a very hostile workplace for the employees there. Someone really needs to take a look at management for this location asap. Will be reporting location to Better Business Bureau.
