AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I came in to the Autozone at the Billings Heights location to have my battery checked. I purchased the battery with the intent on replacing myself. After I bought the battery I went to leave and my battery had died. I asked an employee, Nate G, that was taking a break outside for a jump start. Instead he cut his break short (with a friendly attitude) and he asked me if I wanted him to just replace the battery free of charge. Of course I said yes! Very accommodating, helpful, and friendly.
There is no physical mail box established to receive mail and the manager has not been wise enough to acquire a post office box. Good business or? What am I missing here?
