I came in for a test drive and was interested in buying a truck. Alfredo told me he'd email me the safety report, but then ghosted me. When I finally got a hold of him almost a week later, he told me the truck was sold. I understand business is business, but the fact he ghosted me and never got back to me speaks volumes about how he conducts business.

I purchased a 2016 Honda HR-V from Autoyou Sales Inc in February of this year Since purchasing the vehicle, I have spent close to $4K in repairs. The week after purchasing the vehicle,I had brought it to my own mechanic (a mechanic my family and I have used for 10+ years) where it required new brakes, an oil change, new cabin air filter, and a new battery. Buying a car can be a stressful thing but I had a great experience with Autoyou. Alfredo was incredible throughout the whole process. He was very attentive before and after I purchased my car. I bought a 2011 CR-V in May 2023, it was a great experience! From the customer service to the day I picked up the vehicle it was simple and easy. The car itself has been everything you can ask for in used vehicle, i high recommend buying a vehicle from here!
