Fernando is great, he's honest and fair about pricing and answers any questions you have, without ever being pushy to upsell you on anything you don't want or need.
I came in for a test drive and was interested in buying a truck. Alfredo told me he'd email me the safety report, but then ghosted me. When I finally got a hold of him almost a week later, he told me the truck was sold. I understand business is business, but the fact he ghosted me and never got back to me speaks volumes about how he conducts business.
I purchased a 2016 Honda HR-V from Autoyou Sales Inc in February of this year Since purchasing the vehicle, I have spent close to $4K in repairs. The week after purchasing the vehicle,I had brought it to my own mechanic (a mechanic my family and I have used for 10+ years) where it required new brakes, an oil change, new cabin air filter, and a new battery. Buying a car can be a stressful thing but I had a great experience with Autoyou. Alfredo was incredible throughout the whole process. He was very attentive before and after I purchased my car. I’m really happy and I would definitely recommend Autoyou to anyone looking to buy a car. You will not regret, that is for sure :D
