I’ve used them several times for either road side assistance or to have either my daughter’s or my car towed. Very fast even on a Sunday. They also repair cars as well. My daughter has had some work done. They are very honest and fair. I will only use Autow’s Wrecker & Garage because I know they won’t rip me off for being a woman. Even my daughter’s father said the price was very good. Very happy with their services!
my transmission literally went out in front of this place and I called them to tow me home and mind you I have full coverage and AAA roadside assistance with tow included .. well the told me I had to pay them and let my insurance company reimburse me. well that's not how its supposed to work. so I sat there for an hour waiting on another tow company to come get me and didnt charge me a dime.. Autows has been there on more than one occasion for me and my family. My son when he was 16 totaled his mustang, Autows was immediately on site. I am a single Mother and there has been times my car would not start for one reason or another, Autows was only a phone call away.
James from Autow's just rescued us. Somehow when we stopped for gas, I inadvertently locked our daughter in the car. Our phones, wallets, keys and daughter wetter locked in the car. The wonderful owners of Jet-Fill, where we getting gas, called Autow's and James showed up and nearly instantly unlocked our car, whilereassuring me that everything was going be okay.
